The Old Cottage is a characterful 15th-century Grade II listed building situated in the village street. It was originally part of a small Medieval Hall House - built when Henry VIII's father was on the throne - and has many exposed oak beams and a lovely Tudor inglenook fireplace.

Eastling is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the North Downs with a well maintained network of public footpaths and bridleways. It is ideally situated for visiting all Kent has to offer - including Canterbury Cathedral and City and the beautiful Leeds Castle. The town and old port of Faversham (home of the country's oldest brewer Shepherd Neame) is only 4.9 miles and has a frequent direct train service to London. Eastling's village pub - The Carpenters Arms - is close by, offering good food and a warm and friendly welcome.

Facilities: One comfortable double room with private bathroom at £50 per night including full English breakfast.
An attic twin room is also available (sharing the bathroom) so we can accommodate two adults and two children or four family or friends at £95 per night including full English breakfast.
